Are you obsessed with reptiles and looking for a way to get involved in the community? We are expanding our squad and looking for hardworking, high-energy individuals to join our trade show team. Whether you are local to one of our upcoming show stops or looking to travel with our core crew from Long Island, we want to hear from you!

Are you local to Long Island, NY? * Yes (Close enough to commute to our warehouse) No

Day of Event Sales Associate
Schedule: Arrive morning of the show ~6:00 AM. Help with setup/merchandising, work sales floor, depart at closing. Comp: Starting at $150 flat pay + travel reimbursement for non-locals. Core Day of Event Team Member
Schedule: Arrive morning of the show ~6:00 AM. Assist with full booth setup, merchandising, sales, and full evening breakdown. Comp: Starting at $150–$200 flat pay + travel expenses covered. Core Event Team Member
Schedule: Assist with setup the afternoon/evening prior; stay with the core team at a local hotel. Duties: Setup, merchandising, sales, breakdown. Comp: Starting at $200–$250 flat pay + travel, hotel, and team dinners covered. Core Travel Team Member (Must be Local to Long Island)
Schedule: Travel from the Long Island warehouse in company vehicles the morning of the event or day prior. Duties: Setup, sales floor, breakdown. Comp: Starting at a flat rate of $250 + incentives for leadership/driving. Travel, hotels, and team dinners covered.

Do you have experience keeping, breeding, or working with reptiles? * (Don't worry if you are just starting out—passion and willingness to learn go a long way!)

Do you have prior experience in retail, customer service, or working busy events/trade shows? * (Please briefly describe your experience).

Expo days are fast-paced, high-energy, and start as early as 6:00 AM. Are you comfortable standing for long periods and assisting with physical booth setup/teardown? * Yes, absolutely! I can work the sales floor but have physical lifting limitations.

(Optional) For Long Island Applicants Only: Do you have a clean driving record, and would you be comfortable driving large company vehicles or towing trailers for extra incentive pay? Yes, clean record and comfortable driving vans/box trucks. Yes, clean record but only comfortable driving standard company vans. No / Not applicable.

June 13 – Nassau, NY June 20 – Morgantown, PA June 21 – Hanover, MA June 26-28 – Tinley Park, IL June 28 – Manchester, NH I am interested in future show dates not listed here.
