A Quick Care Guide for Your Reptile Deli Super Worms

Keeping your super worms healthy and happy is easy! Follow these simple steps to ensure your feeders are in peak condition before you offer them to your pet.

1. Housing:

• Container: Place your super worms in a smooth-sided, well-ventilated container. A plastic tub with a lid that has small holes or a mesh screen works great. The smooth sides will prevent them from climbing out.
  
• Substrate: Add a 1-2 inch layer of dry substrate like wheat bran, oats, or a pre-made insect bedding. This serves as both their bedding and a food source.
  
  
  

2. Temperature and Hydration:

• Temperature: Super worms thrive at room temperature, ideally between 70-85°F (21-29°C). DO NOT refrigerate them, as this will kill them.
  
• Water: Provide moisture through fresh fruits and vegetables. Slices of potato, carrot, or zucchini are excellent choices. Replace these every few days to prevent mold.

3. Gut-Loading:
